Eversight.com was born to fill the gap between cheap surveillance systems found on the shelves of many big box stores and overpriced goliaths of the surveillance industry.


To be able to properly fill this space, we at Eversight designed this store to offer high quality products with in-depth product information and a streamlined order process. Followed up with quick product delivery, free high quality United States based technical support and of course long product warranties.


Eversight products are positioned high in the DVR market for quality, value, long term warranties and USA based technical support. Even with all these great benefits we have positioned our products at the lower end of the market on price. When you compare our products on these benefits you will find we offer the best value for your dollar.


Beyond our store, we offer manufacturer product literature as well as our own technical documents and videos from our own in house technical department. We've been doing surveillance for 10 years so take advantage of our knowledge and documentation.


Telephone and email support are available through Eversight staff as well as from each product manufacturer.

Shipping Information:

Most orders are filled within 24-72 hours. You will be alerted by email when your order ships and you will also be provided tracking information.

Surveillance Systems which are in stock will usually ship the same or next business day. For orders which contain optional items like a hard drive selections will take longer due to the labor required to customize your order.

Upgrade Policy:

Sometimes a customer will find they have purchased a surveillance system that is too small and would like to upgrade to a larger model. We understand and offer to upgrade our Embedded systems within the first 60 days simply for the difference in system cost and shipping charges.

Return Policy:

Our return policy is simple. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase so we back our systems with a 30 day money back return policy. If you decide your system is not filling your needs just call us up and arrange for a return.

Return Details -
1. Shipping charges are non refundable.
2. For a full refund:
- All returned items must be working and in a like new condition.
- All paperwork and manuals must be returned with the item.
- Shipping charges are at the consumer’s expense.
- Items returned in poor condition, missing packaging, parts or manuals will be subject to a recovery service fee of 15% of the items purchase price.
